Highly rated Glasgow Light Middleweight Marc Kerr (3-0) is ready for his fourth pro outing on January 28th at Glasgow’s Crowne Plaza hotel.

Marc, who is trained by the events promoter Sam Kynoch, has made a solid start to life in the pro ranks. Marc who has not had the traditional amateur schooling that most have, has made up for it by grafting in the gym and racking up 38 wins in 40 bouts before turning to the paid ranks. The Glasgow native has been preparing for a big year under Sam Kynoch and the MGM Scotland team in Glasgow and has been sparring the best Light Middle and Middleweight’s in Scotland to what is being seen as a break out year for Kerr,

“I’m feeling really good for the 28th. I’ve had a great training camp and quality sparring throughout so looking forward to fighting again. I will be looking to go out and put on a strong performance and start the year with a big win in exciting fashion.”

The MGM Scotland trained Super Welterweight was the first member of the Scottish setup to sign pro forms with MGM. Since then Marc has notched up victories in Glasgow as well as in Marbella and feels that the quality of events that MGM are putting on on a regular basis will do nothing but help him as his career progresses,
