Lock Stock Promotions are set for their first show of the year on January 30th at Glasgow’s Marriott Hotel
The show which includes a meal and drinks, will include a top quality line up that includes former British, Commonwealth, European and WBU World Champion Willie Limond topping the bill. Limond is still harbouring ambitions of a crack at the WBC world title and will be looking to impress on January 30th as looks forward to a showdown for the WBC Silver Light Welterweight belt on March 19th at Bellahouston Sports Centre in Glasgow.
Joining Limond on the card is undefeated Newcastle native Lewis Ritson. The former English amateur star has had a perfect start to his career and picked up the International Challenge Lightweight belt with a fourth round TKO of Mikheil Avakyan last time out. Ritson is lined up to contest the WBC Youth title on March 19th and will have to put on a devastating performance at the Marriot Hotel to show his worth.
Former Scottish amateur stars Jason Easton and Kieran Smith make up the rest of remainder of the card. Both Easton and Smith enjoyed success as amateurs in Scotland and have both made perfect starts to their pro careers under the guidance of Willie Limond and Billy Nelson at Lock Stock Promotions. Both will be looking to kick on this year at a rapid pace and know that a punch perfect performance is required on Saturday night. Both Smith and Easton will be back in action on March 19th at Bellahouston Sports Centre in Glasgow.
